I have been a member of WSA since 2008 and a WS for 15+ years. I have come from the depth of despair as a care giver six years ago, to someone who understands the balance of being a WS and having a life as an independent human. WSA was the instrument of that growth. I owe my life to this organization, now is the time to repay that debt.
I retired December 31, 2013 after 40 years in the commercial finance business. Twenty Five years as Director of Operations for a financial services company that acted as credit and collections for small businesses (Factoring).
As director of operations, I reported directly to the owner of the business. We purchased and were responsible for the collection of 75 million dollars worth of receivables every year for numerous small businesses.
I believe my organizational skills will be an asset to WSA. I successfully built up the company from a start-up with just the owner and myself, to the major player in the southern California factoring community.
