Navigating Partner Caregiving Round Table

Caring for a spouse or partner means navigating a system that was never built with you in mind: insurance calls, doctor's appointments, care coordination, and advocacy, on top of everything else you're already carrying.

Last month we hosted a session on caregiving burnout that covered topics like nervous system regulation, and cognitive reframing for spousal/partner caregivers. This month we continue the conversation with Navigating Partner Caregiving — an online roundtable of well spouses caring for partners with Alzheimer's, cancer, MS, and stroke recovery, along with a former caregiver reflecting on life after loss.

These are people who've lived it — years spent advocating for their partners, learning as they went. One panelist is certified by the National Alzheimer's Association to provide information. This isn't a lecture; it's a real conversation, with time built in for your own questions.

If you're supporting a partner through a health crisis — or you know someone who is — this conversation is for you.

The goal is simple: more clarity, more confidence, and less of the overwhelm that comes from trying to figure this out alone.
