November is National Family Caregivers Month in the U.S., and every year the Well Spouse Association (WSA) honors the millions of unpaid family caregivers, and especially the spouses and partners caring for someone who is chronically or seriously ill.
For more than 30 years, WSA has brought its members together each fall for a weekend of companionship, education, and respite. It has become a tradition. What began as conferences held in different cities around the country moved online in 2020, so more members could attend without worrying about travel. Now you can join us from home, or from wherever you’d like to take a weekend break.
Every year, we invite spousal and partner caregivers to spend the weekend with people who understand. Learn a little, laugh a little, and share your side of the story. If you are looking for community, you belong here!
Built by caregivers, for caregivers, the conference comes together through volunteer organizers and speakers. It includes a keynote on Saturday, workshops and interactive events over two days, and a warm way to say farewell.
