Navigating Partner Caregiving Round Table

Caring for a spouse or partner means navigating a system that was never built with you in mind: insurance calls, doctor's appointments, care coordination, and advocacy, on top of everything else you're already carrying.

Last month we hosted a session on caregiving burnout, nervous system regulation, and cognitive reframing for spousal/partner caregivers. This month we continue the conversation with Navigating Partner Caregiving — a live roundtable of well spouses navigating stroke recovery and life after loss, along with members of the WSA board, caregivers to spouses with MS themselves, on hand to help answer your caregiving questions and share their 30+ years of experience with insurance, the medical system, and caregiver resources.

These are people who've lived it — years spent advocating for their partners, learning as they went. This isn't a lecture; it's a real conversation, with time built in for your own questions.

If you're supporting a partner through a health crisis — or you know someone who is — this conversation is for you.

The goal is simple: more clarity, more confidence, and less of the overwhelm that comes from trying to figure this out alone.
