There will be a q&a session at the end, and the presentation will be emailed to all participants. Gina Westphal is a Clinical Therapist whose career in Social Services has spanned more than 20 years. At Livanta, her work as a Patient and Family Advocate provides support to patients and caregivers, increases their health literacy and offers the information necessary to successfully navigate the health care system. Ms. Westphal now creates educational programs and presentations to provide beneficiaries, their families and caregivers with resources, support and services available within their communities.
